Board LeadershipTerms are three years each with a maximum of two terms, then directors must be off the board for a minimum of one year. The following subsidiary Board Officers, however, serve on the Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services Board during his/her full term as an Officer: Chair of the OPRS Foundation Board as well as the Chair, Vice Chair and Assistant Treasurer of the Senior Independence Board.
