Rehabilitation and Skilled Care is provided at Breckenridge’s Fairmount Health Center (FHC). Renowned for excellence, FHC provides residents with a full range of therapies in its 100-bed skilled nursing center.
FHC completes the well-rounded continuum of care offered at Breckenridge Village and is Medicare- and Medicaid-certified. Health Center services include 24-hour nursing care; physical, speech and occupational therapy programs; a restorative nursing program; social, recreational and spiritual life activities; and social work services. Both private and semi-private rooms are offered.
Breckenridge Village is committed to staffing the Fairmount Health Center to exceed state licensure requirements, and to providing quality improvement programs and ongoing staff training.
Amenities at The Fairmount Health Center include an outstanding dining room overlooking a wooded walking path. There, residents receive personalized menu choices, such as made-to-order eggs. Meals are served plated (not on trays) and in a restaurant style by the staff, which provides a dignified dining experience.
