The Clapp Children's Center

The Clapp Children's Center at Breckenridge Village offers an on-site childcare center for forty children age 6 weeks to 5 years old. The center offers both the children and the residents of Breckenridge Village an opportunity for intergenerational experiences.

The Clapp Children's Center goals:

To promote self-worth and independence in a safe and structured environment
To increase awareness and understanding of aging as a normal life process
To teach compassion and acceptance of others
To provide meaningful interactions with older adults from diverse backgrounds
To facilitate learning through developmentally appropriate curriculum

The Clapp Children's Center offers the following:
