Who is OPRS?

OPRS is Ohio’s largest and most experienced not-for-profit provider of continuing care retirement communities and services.

Home Care Options

Senior Independence Home Care offers Medicare certified services for Lake, Eastern, Cuyahoga, and Geauga counties. Home care services are available and uniquely integrated into the resident services on the Breckenridge Village campus.

Services offered include:

Skilled nursing
Personal care/home health aides
Physical, speech and occupational therapies
Care management
Housekeeping
Shopping
Laundry
Escorted transportation
Meal preparation
Medication assistance
Insurance assessments
Medical social work

The cost for services may be paid by the client, Passport, Medicare or the Title III Older Americans Act. Call us for a complete explanation of payment and eligibility options.

Senior Independence operates 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week in Lake and Eastern Cuyahoga counties.
