Memory Support/Early Alzheimer's Program

The Memory Support/Early Alzheimer's program is located on the Garden level of the Nason Center. The environment provides residents with a feeling of security while also instilling a sense of independence. Residents are encouraged to maintain old interests and develop new hobbies. All 18 private suites are equipped with their own bathrooms and are furnished with the resident's personal belongings. Outside each suite is a curio cabinet for each individual's own unique display.

The warm environment of the Nason Center quickly becomes home. Residents are encouraged to maintain their own established patterns and routines. We provide the respect and dignity that residents deserve and the assistance they require.

Services and amenities included in the daily rate:

• Assistance with bathing and/or dressing
• Three nutritious meals and snacks per day
• Housekeeping services
• Personal laundry service
• Medication assistance/supervision
• Entertainment programs and events
• Community activities and outings
• Secured walking & garden area
• Supervised assistance with cooking & baking in kitchen
• Emergency call system with 24 hour on-site staff
• Worship and spiritual life opportunities

Breckenridge Village tours are held every Wednesday promptly at 10:30 a.m. - No Reservations are Required. Interested individuals should be in the lobby of Breckenridge Village North, 36500 Euclid Avenue by 10:25 a.m.  Personalized visits may also be scheduled by calling marketing at (440) 942-4342 and should be scheduled by individuals requesting specific information about the ranches, assisted living, memory care or Fairmont Health Center.
