Fairmount Health Center

The Fairmount Health Center is a 100-bed skilled nursing center located on the Breckenridge Village campus. The Fairmount Health Center provides care that is essential for a well-rounded continuum of care community. Fairmount is Medicare and Medicaid certified. The Health Center services include 24-hour nursing care, physical, speech and occupational therapy programs, a restorative nursing program, social, recreational, and spiritual life activities and social work services. Both private and semi-private rooms are offered.

Breckenridge Village is committed to staffing patterns in the Fairmount Health Center that exceed state licensure requirements, and to providing quality improvement programs and ongoing staff training. The Fairmount Health Center features a stunning dining room over looking the wooded walking path; there, residents receive personalized choices such as made-to-order eggs. Meals are served plated (not trayed) and in a restaurant style by the staff which provides residents with a dignified dining experience.

The Fairmount Health Center is known for its quality. Two consecutive annual surveys completed by the State of Ohio found the facility deficiency free. Less than 4% of the nursing homes in the state can boast of this accomplishment. In surveys conducted by Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services, Fairmount Health Center residents and families express their overwhelming satisfaction with its services. Over the years the staff of the Fairmount Health Center has received many positive and appreciative letters from families and friends expressing thanks for the loving care given to their loved ones.

Breckenridge Village tours are held every Wednesday promptly at 10:30 a.m. - No Reservations are required. Interested individuals should be in the lobby of Breckenridge Village North, 36500 Euclid Avenue by 10:25 a.m.  Personalized visits may also be scheduled by calling marketing at (440) 942-4342 and should be scheduled by individuals requesting specific information about the ranches, assisted living, memory care or Fairmount Health Center.
