Dorothy Love offers three levels of dementia care serving individuals with needs ranging from early signs of increased forgetfulness and confusion to special behavioral needs that usually accompany the later stages of Alzheimer's disease and related disorders.
- Family Living Center
Located in the Assisted Living area, the Family Living Center offers assistance to those in the earlier stages of Alzheimer’s.
- Program Center
Located in the Health Care Center, the Program Center provides specialized care for those in the middle stage of the disease.
- Courtview Hall
Courtview Hall is located in the Health Care Center and designed for residents in the later stages of Alzheimer’s.
A professional assessment is completed prior to admission to determine which setting would be most beneficial.
In addition, an Alzheimer's support group meets the fourth Thursday of every month at 7 p.m. on the Dorothy Love campus. For more information, contact LuAnn Presser at (937) 498-2391.
