Troy is the Executive Director of Lake Vista in Cortland, Ohio. Troy is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Policy Administration and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Michigan.

Prior to joining Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services in 2007, Troy worked as a Regional Director for a Nursing home chain in Western Pennsylvania. As Regional Director, he was a trouble-shooter for free standing Nursing Homes in a variety of states. Troy’s passion, beside his family, is helping staff become all they can be. He enjoys raising people’s awareness of their inner strength and their ability to succeed. He truly loves our elderly population and believes they have so much to give to our younger folks, that it really becomes a blessing to care for our seniors and learn all that they have to offer. “We are the light we want others to be”.
