Lake Vista offers rehabilitation and skilled care for individuals who are recovering from an illness, injury or surgery, which has required hospitalization, or for those who need 24-hour nursing care. The Lake Vista rehabilitation and skilled nursing center offers tastefully decorated accommodations, chef-prepared meals, resident-centered care, and physical, speech and occupational therapies, plus much more! Medicare, Medicaid and most insurances are accepted.
