Floor Plans:

The Belwood and Larchwood apartments at Llanfair offer exceptional condo-style living. Living at Llanfair means comfort, convenience and companionship without all the hassles of household maintenance and upkeep.

Each of our apartments feature the following:
  • Fully equipped kitchens
  • Individually controlled heating and air conditioning
  • Spacious closets
  • Underground parking garage (Belwood only)
Services and amenities included in the monthly fee:
  • All utilities except cable and telephone
  • Housekeeping twice a month
  • Flat laundry twice a month
Our campus also offers the following:
  • Fine dining in the evening
  • Free laundry facilities
  • Reserved outdoor or enclosed parking
