Who is OPRS?

OPRS is Ohio’s largest and most experienced not-for-profit provider of continuing care retirement communities and services.

Assisted Living: Nursing Care

The health center at Mt. Pleasant is a Medicare/Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility offering short term rehabilative stays and long term care.

Health Center services include:

A high percentage of private rooms
24-hour licensed care

3 meals per day
