The State Health Department conducted their surprise survey at the Fairmount Health and Rehabilitation Center last week. Following three days of intense scrutiny of the existing licensed areas at FHRC and the recently constructed expansion project at Breckenridge Village – state inspectors determined that there were no deficiencies at The Fairmount Health and Rehabilitation Center! “The pride, expertise and joy you bring with you every day to your job shows up time and time again” Executive Director David Schell said as he praised his staff. “I am most proud to be associated with our staff and honored to serve as Executive Director,” Schell said. The state also approved the opening of the new “Nell Rose Reil Rehabilitation Wing”, expanded nursing care rooms, Assisted Living and Memory Support wings.
