Continuing Care Retirement Community,

options, nutritious meals, maintenance
and housekeeping services, and a wide
variety of programs and activities to
enjoy. Continuing Care means we also
offer full health care and special
services for those who need them such as
rehabilitation and therapy services.

mission is to provide older adults with
caring and quality services toward the
enhancement of physical, mental and
spiritual well-being consistent with the
Christian Gospel.
Our housing options are designed to
provide residents with the highest
levels of independence possible. Through
social activities, special amenities and
different housing options, we can offer
residents a variety of fulfilling
lifestyle choices.
In the Park Vista North apartments,
residents maintain an independent
lifestyle and enjoy a life free from the
burdens of home ownership and upkeep.
Our Park Vista South residents enjoy
these same freedoms, but here, they can
also get needed help through four
distinct programs: Independent Living
with Services, Assisted Care, Special
Care, and a Health Care Center, where
skilled nursing is available.
And with the help of the Ohio
Presbyterian Retirement Services
Foundation we can offer even more--an
important security measure for all
residents. The Foundation makes life
care possible for residents whose
funds have been exhausted through no
fault of their own. No one has ever been
asked to leave Park Vista due to a lack
of funds.
