A community that can meet your changing needs …
Park Vista has been serving the Youngstown community since 1947 as the leading provider of a retirement lifestyle of choice for many of the area's older adults.
Located in the heart of the Wick historical district, Park Vista residents enjoy many cultural and educational opportunities, while remaining minutes away from friends, family, shopping, banks and the many restaurants they've always enjoyed.
At Park Vista, residents find a broad range of housing options with maintenance and housekeeping services included in the monthly fee. Nutritious meals, and a wide variety of programs and activities, are other attributes of Park Vista. As a Continuing Care Retirement Community, Park Vista provides full health care and special services, such as rehabilitation and therapy, for those who need them when they need them.
Our housing options are designed to give residents the highest levels of independence possible. Through social activities and special amenities, we offer residents a variety of fulfilling lifestyle choices.
In the Park Vista North apartments, residents maintain an independent lifestyle and enjoy a life free from the burdens of home ownership and upkeep. Our Park Vista South residents enjoy these same freedoms, but here, they can also receive needed help through four distinct options: Independent Living with Services, Assisted Care, Special Care and The Anne Kilcawly Christman Health Care Center, where skilled nursing is available.
And with the help of the Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services Foundation, Park Vista can offer even more: an important security measure for all residents. Through the Life Care Commitment, the Foundation makes life care possible for residents whose funds have been exhausted through no fault of their own. No one has ever been asked to leave Park Vista due to a lack of funds.
Above all, Park Vista is people! Our success is the result of people who share a commitment to our mission to provide older adults with caring and quality services toward the enhancement of physical, mental and spiritual well-being consistent with the Christian Gospel.
