The Rehab Center at Park Vista offers the perfect environment for rehabilitating in a beautiful and comfortable setting. The Rehab Center is a recently redecorated wing of our Park Vista South apartment building, licensed by the State of Ohio and dedicated to those who are in need of short-term rehabilitation.
Rehab Center features and services include:
- Private accommodations
- Beautiful common area
- Personal recovery plans
- Physical, occupational and speech therapy
- State-of-the-art posture balance machine
The Rehab Center is Medicare- and Medicaid-approved and covered by many insurance carriers. An on-staff case manager will coordinate your transition and care with your hospital and physician’s staff and assist you with the insurance coverage and paperwork.
