dedicated to those who are in need of
short-term rehabilitation.

You will have your own private
studio
apartment that is spacious and inviting.

this relaxing atmosphere you can
concentrate
on your own healing and soon be
returning
home and back to your life!
Beautiful common area
When you feel like some companionship,
you can join others in the beautiful
common
area where you can watch television,
relax
with a good book, or join in a card game
or
other activities. You can keep in touch
with
friends, folks at work, or even go
shopping
on a computer with high-speed Internet
connection. Whatever you choose, you
will
be with others who are recovering just
like you.
A personal recovery plan
Your rehabilitation will be in good
hands with the team of therapists at
Park Vista’s Therapy Department who will
design a personalized plan for your
recovery. Physical, occupational and
speech therapies are provided by
certified and licensed therapists whose
goal is to return you to your highest
level of function.
A new state-of-the-art posture balance
machine enhances the development of a
variety of ambulatory skills,
facilitating a quicker recovery time for
you.
Medicare approved
The Rehab Center is Medicare and
Medicaid approved and covered by many
insurance carriers.
Seeing is believing
Our case manager will coordinate your
transition and care with the hospital
and
physician’s staff and assist you with
the insurance coverage, paperwork and
all those little details--all you have
to do is relax and recover!
