Park Vista South offers residents more free time away from household chores, laundry and cooking. Options include one-room studios or two-room suites, with easy access to any of our planned programs and activities. Park Vista South provides a continuum of care that will meet your needs now and into the future – all conveniently located in the same building.

Services and amenities included in the monthly fee:

• Breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily in the dining room
• Weekly housekeeping and linen service
• Laundry service
• Emergency call system
• All utilities (except phone)

Our campus also offers the following:

• Scheduled transportation to activities, events and medical appointments
• Priority access to skilled-nursing care

The open floor plans of the Suites at Park Vista offer 1,600 square feet of living space, two bedrooms and baths, and plenty of built-in storage space. The suites free you from the hassles of home maintenance while giving you more time to enjoy your favorite activities.

This unique neighborhood is located on the Park Vista campus with easy access to the services offered at Park Vista and the Senior Center of Mahoning County may be customized to suit lifestyle preferences with features such as fireplaces, solariums, screened porches or decks, customized bookshelves and charming bay windows.

• Attached two-car garage
