The Ledges Nursing Facility

When residents have more extensive health care needs, the finest nursing care is available in the Ledges Nursing Facility. The Ledges is fully licensed, Medicare-certified and meets or exceeds all state and federal guidelines, including staffing.

The Ledges’ skilled nursing services include 24-hour care and skilled rehabilitative therapy. Licensed Practical Nurses, nursing assistants, licensed social workers, a dietician, activity personnel, a recreational therapist and a full-time chaplain all are available to attend to residents' needs. One wing is designated for short-term rehabilitation and staffed with highly skilled speech, occupational and physical therapists.

The Ledges has an open, airy environment with its many windows, allowing nature the opportunity to work its restorative magic.
