Leslie Belfance
Executive director
Rockynol

Leslie is the Executive Director of Rockynol Retirement Community in Akron, Ohio. She is a graduate of The University of Akron and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Ohio.

Leslie worked for HCR Manor Care for five years prior to coming to Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services in 2002 as the Administrator at Rockynol. She was promoted to the position of Executive Director in 2006.

Leslie is committed to creating a culture that offers residents choices and which places residents’ needs first and foremost in her decisions regarding daily life and the future of Rockynol. Leslie leads by example, encourages staff to do likewise, promoting empowerment of each resident, family member, and employee.
