A unique feature of Swan Creek is its
dedication to the care of those with
Alzheimer's disease or related
dementias.
Our secure area provides residents with
a safe environment. All suites are
private and adjoin a comfortable,
relaxing living room. A secured
courtyard allows outdoor access.
Residents are encouraged to bring
personal furnishings. Special programs
and activities are available and are
tailored to the individual's strengths
and needs with positive reinforcement to
encourage residents to use their
existing abilities.
