Jean E. Morgan

Jean is the Executive Director of Swan Creek Retirement Village in Toledo, Ohio.  Jean is a graduate of Miami University with a Bachelor’s degree in Education and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Ohio and Indiana.

Jean worked for Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services from 1981 – 2000 in a variety of positions, starting as a dishwasher at Mount Pleasant and ending as the Corporate Director of Human Resources and Staff Development Coordinator.  She then left OPRS, for 8 years, to serve as the Administrator for Peabody Retirement Village in Indiana.

Jean has a special interest in serving older adults and has focused on innovative techniques for helping people with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.  Her passion lies with helping people (residents, family members, and employees) live a more fulfilling life, no matter what challenges they may have.
