Built on 34-acres, Swan Creek is the
ultimate in planned retirement living.
Resort-like living in the heart of the
city. Nature is at your very doorstep.
There are walking trails through the
woods, plenty of places to exercise, to
ride a bicycle or to simply take the
opportunity to sit back and enjoy the
pleasures of life.
You're literally just minutes away from
shopping, banking, medical services,
churches and entertainment - everything
you need is near. With our own private
shuttle service available, you have the
freedom to enjoy life to its fullest
without concern for transportation.
You may be as active as you wish and may
participate in any or all of the
activities offered throughout the year.
It may be a dinner-dance on New Year's
Eve, an informative financial planning
seminar, or just quiet relaxation in the
loft library overlooking the spectacular
lobby and evening sunset. There's always
something happening at Swan Creek.
Residents are encouraged to have an
active voice, serving on the many
boards, committees, and councils. This
long-standing tradition of empowering
those we serve is a unique feature at
Swan Creek Retirement Village.
Volunteering:
Swan Creek benefits greatly from the
generous amount of time and efforts
given by volunteers. From bingo games to
daily newspaper delivery, clerks in the
gift shop and church transportation,
volunteers provide a service which is
irreplaceable. Volunteers provide a
special warmth and friendship to the
residents of Swan Creek Retirement
Village. In addition, volunteers have
raised over $40,000 for the care of the
neighborhood. They are always welcome
and encouraged to explore the
opportunities available at Swan Creek.
If you are interested in volunteering at
Swan Creek, contact the volunteer

Spiritual life:
Spiritual growth is valued and
encouraged at Swan Creek Retirement
Village. Why? Because there is
correlation between spiritual health and
the health of one’s body, mind and
spirit. The full-time chaplain provides
regular worship and study experiences
with residents, as well as emotional
support and spiritual counsel on an
individual basis. The chaplain also
works to ensure that all faiths are
welcome and respected, and that ties
with residents’ home church, temple or
mosque are kept.

at Swan Creek please call (419) 865-4445
