The Adult Day program at Swan Creek is a
community service of Senior
Independence. Family members are
afforded a break from caregiving
responsibilities knowing that their
loved ones are being well cared for and
enjoying themselves.
Services and amenities include:·
- Homelike setting with living
room, kitchen and library
- Transportation
- Group and individual activities
- Nutritious meals
- Scheduled outings and exercise
programs
- Physical, speech and
occupational therapy
- Medication supervision
- Weekly health monitoring
- Assistance with personal care
- Wellness programs that focus on
mental stimulation
- Flexible hours Monday through
Friday
- Professional and attentive
caregivers
