Located on West Catawba Road on Catawba Island, the 33.77 acre community features 43 existing one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums and a Campus Center for social, wellness and spiritual programs. Currently, 39 out of 43 condominiums are occupied. The available condominiums plus 16 new construction condominiums will be sold through a partnership with Tomi Johnson, Realty One, 3994 E. Harbor Road, Port Clinton, Ohio.

The community offers three service level packages to condominium owners - the Basic, the Retirement Community and the Entertainment & Leisure Packages. The Retirement Community Package will offer services including interior preventative maintenance, bi-weekly housekeeping, and concierge services, to name a few. The Entertainment & Leisure Package will offer discounts for golfing, swimming, boating, theaters and dinners.

A la carte services such as a fitness trainer, personal landscaping, snowbird services and in-home community services will also be available.
